OUR SERVICES
END-TO-END SERVICE
From design concept to personalised delivery, our end-to-end service is expertly delivered by our experienced team ensuring a smooth process. We are not a catalogue-based supplier, but instead offer a bespoke style design service for every client.
ON-SITE DESIGN
We meet with clients on-site to discuss requirements, the company and location. We take pride in understanding our clients’ needs and translating those into a unique design. The design process can then either be completed on-site or remotely.
REMOTE DESIGN
The client sends through a detailed brief outlining requirements. From the Johannesburg head office, we brainstorm and conceptualise our custom design sending through a beautifully crafted presentation for approval.
MEASUREMENT CHART
Clients receive a measurement chart and instructions. Although we have researched thoroughly to ensure that our charts and garment sizing corresponds accordingly we cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
IN-HOUSE SAMPLES
Our designs are brought to life with samples for client approval.
All initial design samples are manufactured in-house. For bulk orders we work with our trusted manufacturing partners. Having an in-house sample room also means that when you need to order small quantities of replacement units we are ready and able to assist.
ORDER & PRODUCTION
A detailed pro-forma invoice will be supplied on receipt of the purchase order with a 70% deposit required to confirm the order. Once the deposit is received manufacturing will commence.
PACKING & DELIVERY
All garments are quality-controlled, packed and labelled per staff member ensuring high-end quality and easy on-site distribution. We arrange all logistics and transport on receipt of the final balance payment to ensure a smooth and timeous delivery.
